Teen Therapy
Being a teenager can be overwhelming—balancing school, friendships, family expectations, and figuring out who you are—sometimes all while feeling like no one really gets it. In therapy, you’ll have a space that’s just for you. No pressure, no judgment—just someone to listen and help you sort through the chaos. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you navigate life in a way that makes sense for you.
For parents—watching your teen struggle can be just as overwhelming. You want to help, but every attempt seems to push them further away. Therapy isn’t about shutting you out—it’s about creating a bridge. I work with both teens and families to strengthen communication, build trust, and help everyone feel more connected. Because even when they act like they don’t need you… they do.
Spill the Tea… or Sit in Awkward Silence. I’m Here for It All.
Okay, let’s be real for a second, teens. I’m a millennial. I grew up in the old-school days when Pearl Jam wasn’t considered classic rock, and JNCO jeans were the OG rage—hey, they're making a comeback now, right? I remember dial-up internet, and we didn’t have to worry about cyberbullying or the constant pressure of being online 24/7.
I won’t pretend to fully understand your world, but I am fluent in listening, supporting, and helping you figure out life without expecting you to be my personal translator.
I get that trust takes time. If you’re not ready to spill the tea right away, that’s okay. Awkward silences are totally welcome here. You can be yourself—awkward, messy, confused, whatever—without judgment. I’ll be in your corner when it feels like the world is against you, ready to help you figure out the stuff that feels impossible on your own. Together, you can:
Talk to Someone Who Actually Listens (and Won’t Lecture You)
(No “When I was your age…” speeches here)Deal with Stress Without Feeling Like You're About to Short-Circuit
(Because pretending you’re fine when you’re not is exhausting)Figure Out Who You Are, Without Everyone Else’s Opinions in Your Face
(Becoming you, but on your terms)Survive Family Drama Without Losing Your Mind
(Whether it's overprotective parents, annoying siblings, or just trying to exist in peace)Navigate Friendships, Relationships & All the Weird Social Rules
(So you can avoid the cringe without becoming a hermit)
Learn How to Actually Set Boundaries Without Feeling Like a Villain
(You’re allowed to say no. Yes, even to adults)Process School Pressure Without Letting It Crush Your Soul
(Grades, college, sports, the whole “Be perfect or else” thing—it’s a lot)Handle Big Feelings Without Shutting Down or Blowing Up
(Because “I’m fine” isn’t always true, and that’s okay)Build Confidence Without Faking It
(No forced “main character energy,” just learning to like you)Manage Anxiety, Overthinking, and "What Ifs" Spiral
(Your brain doesn’t need to be a 24/7 anxiety podcast)
You aren’t broken. You deserve therapy that actually understands how your brain works.
Let’s make that happen.
