Let’s Talk About Cost

Therapy is expensive—no way around it. I know firsthand how tough it can be to budget for something that feels like a luxury when life is already throwing enough at you. And here’s the thing: my job is to work myself out of a job. You don’t have to be in therapy forever. My goal is to equip you with the tools, confidence, and self-trust to navigate life on your own terms.

Here’s what sessions cost:

  • Individual, Couple, & Family Therapy – $180 per 50-minute session

  • Out-of-Office Services (collateral meetings, paperwork, etc.) – $125 per hour

If you’re using insurance, I’m an out-of-network provider, which means you pay upfront, and your insurance may reimburse you. To check your out-of-network benefits, you can use Mentaya—they’ll do the legwork of verifying what’s covered and even help you file claims.

If you are struggling financially, please reach out and we can discuss options. I offer sliding scale spots to increase access for historically marginalized communities (race, class, LGBTQIA+, ability).

Schedule Availability

I offer morning, afternoon, and evening in-person sessions throughout the week, with reserved telehealth slots available. If you’re seeking play therapy, in-person is ideal so we can use all the expressive tools in the playroom.
