Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking to better understand yourself, therapy is a powerful tool for growth and healing.

In our work together, you will have the space to express yourself openly, without judgment. I use an integrative approach that combines various modalities, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, experiential therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming strategies, all aimed at helping you uncover your strengths, understand your challenges, and develop meaningful coping strategies.

I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and empathy. We’ll work together to uncover patterns that may be holding you back and empower you to create lasting change.

You are not broken. Together, I can work with you to address many common challenges, and empower you to experience your life, and your self, differently. Together, we’ll explore the obstacles you’re facing and uncover new ways to move through them, such as learning how to:

The Stories We'll Rewrite

  • Tame the Overthinking Hamster Wheel
(If your brain won’t stop spinning worst-case scenarios at 3 AM, let’s work on that)

  • Navigate Family Shenanigans
(Whether it’s boundary-setting, breaking cycles, or just figuring out how to survive another holiday dinner)

  • Manage Anxiety Without Gaslighting Yourself
(You’re not “too sensitive,” and no, deep breathing alone won’t fix everything , but I do have some legit strategies)

  • Figure Out Who You Actually Are
    (
Beyond the labels, expectations, and whatever those online personality quizzes say you are)

  • Heal Old Wounds (Without the Toxic Positivity)
(No “just be grateful” nonsense here. Your experiences matter)

  • Rewrite the Story of Your Life
(Because you’re the main character, and it’s time to take back the narrative)

  • Stop People-Pleasing Without the Guilt Spiral
(Because you’re allowed to say no. Seriously. You are)

  • Process Generational Baggage
(Since you shouldn’t have to carry the emotional weight of your entire family tree)

  • Embrace Change Without Freaking Out
(Whether it’s a job shift, a breakup, or just realizing you’ve outgrown your old self)

  • Learn to Rest, Not Just Power Through
(Burnout isn’t a personality trait. Let’s find balance)

You aren’t broken. You deserve therapy that actually understands how your brain works.

Let’s make that happen.
