Therapy That Works With Your Brain, Not Against It

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—because you aren’t broken. It’s about understanding your needs, your patterns, and how to get unstuck.

At Jam Hands Family Therapy, I utilize an integrated, neuroscience-based approach to help you get through life’s inevitable sticky situations. Whether your relationship is hanging by a thread, your kids are driving you nuts, or you just feel lost in this overwhelming world, I am here with you. To see and accept you as you are.

Finding the Right Fit

I offer a range of therapy options to meet your needs—whether you're looking for individual support, couples therapy, or family sessions. I also provide child and adolescent therapy, using approaches that honor each person’s unique way of processing and healing, rooted in child-centered play therapy techniques, narrative therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy.

Whether you're navigating life transitions, processing trauma, or seeking deeper self-understanding, individual therapy provides a space to explore, heal, and grow. I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating approaches that support your nervous system and honor your lived experience.

Love comes in many forms, and so does the work of building and maintaining strong relationships. Whether you're dating, married, polyamorous, LGBTQIA+, or navigating non-traditional relationship dynamics, I provide a supportive space to deepen connection, improve communication, and work through challenges. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other research-backed approaches, we’ll strengthen your relationship in a way that honors your unique bond.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Kids and teens communicate in their own ways—through play, stories, and even the latest memes. I create a space where they feel safe to explore their emotions, build resilience, and strengthen family connections to be seen, heard, and understood. I also work with parents to support their child’s emotional growth while honoring their independence and authenticity.

Family relationships can be messy, beautiful, and everything in between. Whether you're navigating conflict with siblings, big life transitions, or just want to strengthen your connections, family therapy helps create understanding and build healthier patterns. Together, we’ll work toward open communication, deeper connection, and healthier relationships.

"I think that if you care about someone and you got a little love in your heart, there ain't nothing you can't get through together."
